• Be a legitimate business in good standing
• Hold a valid ATF Federal Firearms License
• You must be actively engaged in the business of selling firearms in either a retail or wholesale capacity.
• IF NOT an FFL you must have demonstrated sales in the law enforcement or sporting goods industry and meet a few other requirements. Please call us direct if you are not an FFL holder. This includes non-FFL gun show sellers. This form is for FFL holders ONLY.

Once you fill out this form, you will be sent our Dealer Agreement. Once we receive your fax-returned signed Dealer Agreement, our staff will contact you to activate your dealer account. You are always welcome to contact us at 1-877-AR15-M16.
